Rideshare Advisory Council

Purpose:

• To participate in the development and evaluation of preferred practices for the Rideshare Pilot Program
• To participate in the continuing development of the policies and procedures for the Rideshare Pilot Program
• To share funding opportunities for future expansion of the Rideshare Program
• To promote and to disseminate information about the Rideshare Pilot Program and plans for expansion throughout the community
• To offer support, and guidance to the Volunteer Rideshare Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

• To attend monthly meetings throughout October, November and December of 2007
• To act as community champions for the Rideshare Program
